The Asylum Estate - Framing has started!

Just when things felt like they had come to a standstill—bam! Progress surged ahead, and it’s starting to look like a house.

In what felt like no time at all, we welcomed a delivery from Border Truss and Frame, which to us resembled a giant Lego set. Soon after, Jeremy and his crew from Cardillo Constructions arrived, proving themselves to be masters of not just Lego, but all things structural. In just a few days, the bones of our dream home were hoisted into place.

With the frames now halfway up, it’s incredible to see our vision taking shape. Next week, we’re excited to have Rhys Johnson and the Cardillo Constructions team back on-site to install the structural steel and complete the framing.

This stage of the build has brought a new sense of energy and anticipation, and we can’t wait to share more updates as our dream home continues to rise. Stay tuned!
